Return & Exchange

• Flokati Rugs will gladly accept any return/ exchange  within 14 days. (After you receive your order)
• Please call customer service BEFORE you return your order for proper credit: 1-800-844-5345
• There are NO STOCKING FEE'S for returning an order - unless it is a CUSTOM order. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for all **Custom orders that are returned.
• All Shipping costs will be the buyers responsibility unless otherwise specified. Shipping fee's are deducted from returns. We do not pay any shipping costs on returns.
• All returns must be in their original condition-as new. Returns with animal hair embedded will not be accepted.

** A re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied to any custom order that is returned. Custom orders are orders that are not stock sizes or colors and must be custom ordered from our factory.
